CANCELLATION POLICY

POLICIES⚠️ 🕒 After-Hours Appointments Appointments scheduled outside of normal working hours are allowed only with a $15 after-hours fee, which must be sent prior to confirmation. 📆 Cancellation Policy Any cancellation made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a $45 cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. 👶 Children & Guests Only one guest is allowed per appointment. No children under the age of 10 are permitted as guests. 💳 Deposit Policy A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to book all services, including free or redeemed services. • If you cancel within 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. • If I, the technician, must cancel or am at fault, you are entitled to a full deposit refund. 🧼 Foreign Fills Foreign fills are not accepted. If you arrive with another technician’s work, you must notify me prior to your appointment. I reserve the right to either perform a soak-off or deny service. ⏰ Grace Period / No Call No Show A 15-minute grace period is allowed. If you exceed 15 minutes without contacting @ExoticsbyAves, you will be marked as a no call/no show and permanently banned from future bookings. 🔠 Initials Policy Initials will only be done if the person represented is financially contributing to your service. 🔧 Nail Fix Guarantee If a nail pops off within 2 days of your service, you are eligible for a free fix on the affected nail(s) only. • This does not apply to full sets. • If the nail breaks due to impact or personal fault, the free fix does not apply. 💲 Nail Repair Pricing Nail fixes are $5 per finger. 🚗 Transportation Notice Please inform me if you will need a ride after your service. I will notify you 20 minutes before completion so arrangements can be made on time. 🔞 Age Requirement for Services Nail services will not be provided to anyone under the age of 12.
